In the past I had very good results with MyofaciaI release from Ando and Astin Physical Therapy in Anaheim Hills. When I moved here I spoke with Dr. Art Ando and he recommended Barbie Thomas.
I have had such a good experience with her from literally top to bottom. I have had several back fusions, knee, carpal tunnel and numerous other surgeries that all took a toll on my body. Whether it is rehabilitation or finding the source of referred pain from past injuries Barbie has brought me relief. She has helped me with knowing what exercises I can do to strengthen or help my more flexibility. I am sleeping better, breathing better, and moving better as a result of her magic hands. I know I am a work in progress and that I will benefit always from my treatments from my wonderful MPT. Thank you Barbie
