I am a athlete that loves this gym! Everyone is so interactive, and such a awesome family owned business. Erin is one of the best and most helpful trainer. Love this gym!
By far the best gym I have ever been a part of. The owners are very hands on and all the trainers are great. The workouts vary from day to day and there is always a fun vibe going on here.
This place is full of energy, awesome workouts and an incredible community of people. The owners (Erin & Ken) are welcoming & passionate about wellness for the whole family - kids are encouraged to come! The instructors Danyelle & Sara have zero ego and support you at whatever level of intensity you are comfortable. I participated in their 6-week challenge where I lost 15lbs. More importantly, I joined and gained a fitness family committed to supporting me achieve my wellness goals.
This place is amazing! Erin and Ken are great and so motivating! They are so welcoming and it makes you feel like you’re a part of their family! I’ve done both personal training and classes and they are both amazing! Erin whipped me into shape for a big trip I had coming up! Could not be more happy!
