  I have been a customer of Audio Waves for over 15 years. Dan the owner has always done me right by his quality service combined with his integrity. I have used his great service many times and will continue to do so.

  Dan exhibited amazing customer service installing my Pioneer AVIC-W8400NEX. Even though I didn't buy the device from him, he happily installed it for me. He was a little on the higher side price wise but the customer service aspect more than made up for it. My microphone wire came free from the back of the stereo, I came back and he fixed it quickly for no extra cost. I previously called Audio Spott in Lake Elsinore to make an appointment. The individual on the phone sounded like they weren't interested in talking to me. I later read poor reviews online for Audio Spott and one mentioned AA Audio Waves. I went with that recommendation and was not disappointed.

  Great job! After trying to install my alarm my self and it not working right I took it to dan. I felt bad cause of the mess of wires I had. He not only fixed the alarm but took the time to clean up my wire mess. That's the type that take pride in there work. I really appreciate that. Thanks!!
