I gave this Medical Office and It's Medical Doctors, Nurses, Office Staff and The Receptionist A Star 5... First of all it's not easy working with the public, and on top of that, you have to realize THIS IS A DOCTOR'S OFFICE! It's hard enough to work with "The General Public" In a day in and day out regular job! However, these individuals are not just working with the general public, but also people who are sick and very ill, and are actually terminal in some cases. In this Doctors office the individuals speak English and Spanish and they are there to help everyone that walks in thier doors. Rather they can or not they do try to understand what it is that you need and then help you accordingly with your questions, insurance forms Etc. I personally am a good friend to an elderly person who no longer has family to help her, so I took on the task of helping her to address her medical needs and to first and foremost decide on a Doctor, which she did. She chose Dr. Lozano at the direction of I.E.H.P medical insurance. She absolutely loves Dr. Lozano, he took the time to listen to her health issues and her situation as a human being that other Doctors were just to busy and they only had the time to judge her because of her age and health issues. Because of my friends wonderful experience at this Doctors office, I'am to changing my primary Doctor to this Doctors office. The other Doctors Name is Dr. Tran outstanding Dr's and staff! I THANK YOU! AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS AND ENCOURAGE YOUR TEAM AND YOUR WORK WITH HUMAN BEINGS! YOU ARE THE REASON THAT THE WORD IN HEALTH-CARE. IS CARE!!!”
