The entire staff was knowledgeable and personable, and made me so comfortable that after reviewing my surgical options with Dr. Schneider, I scheduled LASIK surgery for that very afternoon. The surgery itself was fast and efficient, if a bit terrifying for me personally. Dr. Schneider and his staff did a wonderful job keeping me calm and explaining what I was about to go through so that I wouldn't have any surprises. The procedure went smoothly thanks to the amazing surgical team, and I was on my way home in under 10 minutes where I slept until the next day (go go magic Valium!). It's my understanding that most people are able to drive themselves the very next day, although I was not. My vision was at the top end of what could be corrected, and I need a bit longer to heal. By the time my 1 week post-op visit came around, I was seeing amazingly and drove myself. The difference in my vision from before LASIK and after is night and day. I would recommend this Doctor and his practice to anyone even remotely interested in surgical eye correction.
