When she waxed my eyebrows, they didn't turn red nor did it hurt! I usually cry when I get them waxed or threaded, but with Ann no tears! I love the way she shaped them. I suck at plucking my brows and I tried to do it prior to getting them wax. She realized it and fixed up my brows to look perfect. Definitely will be a life-long client.
