Pacifica Senior Living was by far the most attractive both in facilities and staff. We have not been disappointed. In particular, the hard working care staff led by Resident Care Director Rachelle, is extraordinarily competent, attentive. responsive to all manner of circumstance and marvelously friendly. When a difficult medical or personal issue arises they go the extra mile. I've come to know many of the other staff throughout Pacifica as well and they could not be more responsive and helpful. It is so reassuring to know that the care of residents, whether it relates to medications, other health issues, social activities or assistance in daily living is of prime importance each and every day.
