“Took my 08 Highlander to Fernando for a 60k mile service a few months ago. He got me in same day then. I wasn’t quite ready for an oil change, but kind of heard a funny noise while taking the kids to school. I was going to wait a week and mention it during an oil change, but decided I would swing by and see if Fernando wasn’t too busy to maybe guess what was wrong. I got there and didn’t even turn my car off and he came out to look under the hood. The faint noise I heard while driving was much louder outside the car. Fernando said it wasn’t the motor but he would have to take it apart to say for sure and said not to drive it. He called me before I even had time to get home to tell me it was the water pump. He said it would be done the next day. He called at 9am the next day to say it was ready. I price checked and he was much less then any where else I had called, so I confirmed it was a new Toyota part and he said yes. He showed me the old part when I picked up my car. The shop isn’t fancy and there isn’t much parking, but don’t let that stop you from going there.”

Great news! I went in to see Dr. Miranda and she was so nice and knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable with her. I had zero issues, I don't know why there are one star reviews.
