“Always have had great service here. Staff is professional. Yes, sometimes there's a wait at Urgent Care, that's to be expected. I got a few "side eyes" when I was taken ahead of people who had been waiting. “Wow!! I am shocked at all of the negative reviews. I can't speak to others experiences but mine have always been great! My primary doctor is here, and she is always thorough and friendly. I have come to the lab and pharmacy several times and been seen promptly when I need to give blood, sometimes there is a little bit of a wait at the pharmacy, but they move at a quick and prompt pace. They are also always friendly. Tonight, I was seen in urgent care by Dr. Rinella he was personable, explained my situation to me, and had me taken care of promptly. He even apologized for the wait which I did not believe to be that long since I was in urgent care. Once again I am very surprised at the negative reviews.”
