“I’m not a Kaiser fan. We use to have Kaiser when our kids were little and I always had to plan the day around appointments because we would sit forever, and then things were always a run around. But, so far today has been a pleasant experience. Urgent care on a Saturday. Only 45 minutes from checking until being brought back for the doctor. So far they have already taken my husband’s vitals and have done a quick blood pressure test. If I wasn’t so scared from my passed experience, I would switch my insurance too. The facility is very lovely as well.”
