We went in with our 2 year old daughter to have some peace of mind knowing that if the unthinkable ever happened she would have a great chance to rescue herself. It was amazing watching the transition with her first day with Cathryn to her last. Our daughter went from being frantic and unsure to being confident and relaxed. “Personal trainer James Lucas is the best! He truly cares for his clients and is always willing to adjust to my schedule. His gym is neat and clean and very welcoming . I've never had someone motivate me as much as Mr Lucas does. Even when I was having a bad day and just wasnt feeling it, he knew how to encourage me and push me to the next exercise. "Relax", famous last words of James in the gym! . He is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of exercising and his equipment. If you've tried the rest, you should try the best!!
