There was no order, not even nicely stacked just random pieces of paper and the manager calmy and so nicely helped her walk through her paperwork never getting frustrated and explained. What she needed to bring back for the next appointment. Helped her with all of her questions and never lost her smile. In a situation that could have been incredibly frustrating and annoying she totally kept her cool.”
