“I signed up on line for two shots at the pharmacy. I asked at the drop off desk where I was to go. She took my COVID record card and had me sign agreement that I had signed on line. Then was told I had to wait in the chairs outside the pharmacy. I was called to the cash register and paid my copay for the shingles shot. Then they filled my prescription for my blood pressure medication that I was going to pick up later in the day. A few minutes later, I was called into the office. Pharmacist made sure it was me and that I understood all the possible side effects of the drugs. And made sure I understood the shingles shot was two times and that's all. She was very gentle and patient with my concerns. I received a shot in each arm. They said they had lots of shots today and I even offered to come back another time, but they wouldn't have it! Good experience, but was very crowded for 11 am.”

“We love Dr. Smith and Bryce (sp?) in the front office. Ended up there when another dentist was about to give me a root canal on the wrong tooth. When I stopped them, they said that it was because "I actually needed TWO root canals." I had just finished signing the payment papers, so I knew they were lying to me rather than admitting a mistake. I walked out before they could work on me. Days later, I'm sitting in Dr. Craigslist chairs looking over my x-rays and he says no root canals were even needed and just fixed my damaged filling. That was 5 years ago and have had no problems with that tooth since. Dr. Smith continues to be as honest a d practical as he has been since day one. Also, my kids like going there too, especially my youngest who says he loves the dentist.”

I get monthly prescriptions and it’s been so nice since I started coming here to be treated with kindness and compassion and to not have to wait for ridiculous amounts of time for service. There was an issue with my prescription one time in a year and they were very apologetic and have made sure it never occurred again. I am so grateful for this pharmacy and everyone who works there.
