Rene gave me a few suggestions, and the agency at the top of the list was Senior Homecare Referral Agency. I looked at the websites of all three agencies and found Senior Homecare Referral Agency. I especially liked Tim Crawford, he not only sold me on in home care but suggested I look at more than just his agency. He was more concerned about us finding the right ‘Caregiver’, and not the right ‘Agency’. He suggested we interview as many Caregivers to find that golden caregiver, and how finding the RIGHT CAREGIVER is our first task to a successful in-home care environment. That sold me on Tim, and after just 2 Caregiver interviews we found the right lady with the best attitude and experience that fit perfectly into the home. What a godsend, for the entire family, to know care is provided and we can call, and check-up whenever we're in town. We feel extremely fortunate to have had Senior Home care referral agency help us navigate this very tricky and confusing situation. What initially started out as an easy assignment, turned into a more challenging one as the illness progressed. Tim was always a phone call away even late into the evening. A Golden Caregiver became 3 Caregivers and we now have someone in the home 24/7. Each of the caregivers, are keeping us informed and helping with strategies on care. Thank You.”
