Once ready to be seen they call you in and you go into exam room. Dr.Tolles is great and he is very nice. Straight to the point and really accommodating. Thank you Lisa! Such a beautiful environment to Relax in while she takes care of cleaning out my pores, then hydrates my skin with nourishing antioxidant serums. 😉 Very happy with everything! She even has various options for paying. And no pressures to buy any extras. Very pleasant experience, I will return! UPDATE: I have been blessed to be able to return for another facial (at her new location in Corona) and this gal keeps getting better and better! “I had my blood drawn here on 5/24/19. It is set up to be very efficient. There are 3 or 4 kiosk located at the back of the store that make check in easy & convenient. My appointment time was 7:30 am and I arrived at about 7:08. The kiosk offered me an earlier appointment at 7:15 which I took. However, the lab technician immediately came out and called me back within seconds of me submitting my data. The two ladies that were working were very friendly and personable. The lab was immaculate & very clean, even their restroom was spotless. The technician who drew my blood was Chelsea. She made me feel very relaxed and I was so calm during our conversation that I hadn't even realized she had poked the needle in my arm. There was absolutely no pain! Then when it came time to take the needle back out of my arm I kinda tensed up and waited for that pain you usually get when the needle is removed....But yet again, no pain! I have to say she did an outstanding job and it was the first time in my life that a blood draw had caused absolutely no pain at all! I would recommend this Lab Corp and the staff that work here to anyone looking to have a fast, safe, effiecient and pain free experience. I'm so glad I decided to try this Lab out; as it is also conveniently located near where I work as well.”

“Excellent care and services. I have been bringing my children to Dr. Soltani since 2013 and have never wanted to take them anywhere else. Waiting room is quiet, even when busy. With an appointment we are seen promptly and the visit is usually quick and thorough. There is a genuine sense of care and respect when it comes to personal concerns and beliefs regarding my childrens health and my requests. A big plus is that they use an online patient-accesssble database so I can keep track of my kids health records, lab work and appointments. They also send prescriptions to our pharmacy electronically, so as soon as the appointment is done, I swing by the pharmacy and the meds are ready to go. The only drawback would be the availability of appointments, but it's a small sacrifice for the amount of great service Dr. Soltani and the staff provide.”
