I thank Dr. Valentine & Dr. Luchie for finding out my health issues and getting to the bottom of it and actually helping me out fixing what other Dr.s at another city could not find or couldnt take care of ; they went above and beyond to find my issue ;getting to the root of my problem and fixing it and thanks to them its under control and havnt seen them in over a year! Im in good health so the only reason to go is to get my yearly check up!! And when i go the most i ever waited in the waiting room is 45 minutes when they were super busy but always took their time to listen to your issues at hand and made sure you were taken care of and the least time ive waited was 15 min.!! When it comes to your health its important for the Dr to take his/her time with you to listen carefully to you and get to the bottom of the issue and fix it! And they are so very careful now with all this pandemic,making sure everyone is safe cleaning perfectly well for every new patient that comes in! They follow all the guide lines so everyone is safe and confortable! Hands down,theyre the best in my opinion! And the staff is caring,super nice,they know you by name they make sure you make your yearly check ups on time and very professional! Very caring sweet staff! “Highly recommend!! I brought my daughter (softball athlete) here for the first time today because she’s been dealing with a hamstring injury. Upon walking in I was greeted, asked pertinent information regarding our visit and we were then taken in for the first service which was the normatec compression session. I also asked for recommendation of services for her specific injury and was given many tips to help the healing process some of which were for at home care in addition to the services offered here. In the back there’s a quiet, subtly lit open area with the equipment. Given that she’s a minor I was offered a place to sit nearby. After the compression session we moved over to the cryo tank which she has a love hate relationship with. I won’t speak on the effects of the services received because I didn’t get them. However, the customer service, environment, cleanliness, and prices were all commendable. The only downside was finding the location as google maps kept leading me across the street to the tractor supply place (not their fault). The only recommendation I have is to add a flag on Hamner to make it easier to find. Other than that- it was a great experience and we will be coming back!”
