“Very good and one caution note. We have two old air conditioners and after Goettl took them apart to service them they came back with the recommendation that one needed to be replaced and one they could fix. Now, we had an event at our house the next day – in the evening so we were kind of at their mercy. Their service person (Will) was very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. Their supervisor (Troy) came out to look over everything and he confirmed that we needed a new air conditioner and the other one could be fix and last maybe another 2 to 3 years, which is what we wanted. It was getting late in the day and they want to know if we wanted the new air conditioner install the next morning or that evening…we selected that evening. Now if I could give their implementation team 10 STARS I would….I mean it. Excellent and very professional. The caution note is that Goettl very expensive. Being we paid $9,515 – I usually would have looked to get other bids but I was not able to do so because on my time constraints . After doing some research, calling etc. it turns out I paid close to about $1,000 more. Now I will say I prefer to go with a National Company who backs their work and like I said their work was outstanding. But to be fair to everyone who reads this review, if you are looking to get a new air conditioner please get a few quotes. I think if I had the time to do so I could have saved a lot of money. Again, I’m happy with the service I received and I believe you would be too.”

“Ms Nora is the best and definitely knows her stuff! She helped my daughter prepare for a musical audition by selecting a song appropriate for the part as well as for my daughters vocal range. She had everything covered: audition piece, 32 bars blocked off, sheet music, piano recording for practice, jesters and emphasis, feelings, a callback piece to rehearse, and audition tips. “Mike and Andrew Noriega are running one of the best record stores in California. Truth is that Noriega Records may be one of the better stores for funk/soul/hip-hop in the nation. Mike definitely knows his soul and funk records. He spun many exceptionally rare soul tracks while I was in the store. I remember him playing some early George Clinton 45s. I dug through the majority of his store out of morbid curiosity. To say the least, Noriega records has a very impressive inventory. Mike and Andrew manage to stock sought after vinyl in all genres. Mike and Andrew definitely know how to provide anyone who drops by with highly desirable vinyl. Odds are that Mike has a record to fit most any customer's interest. Anyone looking for a properly owned and operated record store should seek out Noriega Records. The inventory alone is worth the trip.”
