“I’ve worked in so many different properties within Southern California in the property management industry and I must say working for Marquessa was THE BEST TEAM I ever worked with, the team is big on following policy, big on treating everyone fairly and the respect amongst team members was huge within the staff and residents. I was trained by Marissa who I will forever be grateful for teaching me how to properly get the job done to take care of our people, Johnny who always took affirmative action to also teach and provide more effective ways to get the job done and when he wasn’t fond of something he’d let me know directly so we can fix it. Michelle was huge on being welcoming and getting things done and whenever I needed something or something needed to get done she’d check up on me and even when the workload was too much she would take time away to help. The maintenance team was so amazing at taking care of our people that even when there were times with any slip ups they wouldn’t hesitate to take this matter into their own hands as if it were their own family who’s washer or dryer had broken down. This property taught me how to be more for our people and how to problem solve no matter what happens. Most of our people were so great that they got promoted, if I had the opportunity to go back I would in a heartbeat, it’s rare to find people who practice what they preach.”
