“Of course the star rating has to be a relative system. I've eaten at a Fleming's that got 3 stars before. So for a fast food place, this Carl's Jr. is doing it right. The clerk at the counter took the order correctly, and I was throwing coupons at her. Side note, Carl's is really easy with their coupons, so I don't eat there without them. They will even accept expired coupons. The restaurant was clean and all of the employees were courteous. My kids love the play place. It does smell a little like feet in there, but what would you expect in a place that makes kids take off their shoes. There is plenty of seating in the restaurant, but the seating in the play place area is scarce. To sum up,,,the food is good, restaurant is clean and I feel good about going there”

We didn't all fit in the table we were seated but they found another small addition that had us sit comfortably together. Great job!!! Our waitress was outstanding. She knew the menu and how to answer all questions. Our drinks were refilled without having to ask. She didn't push any appetizers, desserts, or side dishes. I love when we're treated as customers and not another group to fleece. Thank you for a wonderful dinners and great atmosphere.”
