That means you're doing a great job in my eyes! Store is always clean and organized. Complaints are due to parents letting their useless teens tear the store apart. “Placing order was easy young lady was great, from start to finish. We called ahead like requested so they could pull it. We get there and its not ready had to wait for them to go back and forth before pulling it. The two guys helping load , we had a bit of an issue getting trail gate down. Young guy was patient older gentlemen was rude.. said they had to go too many people inside. I think it was more like closer to closing time. They literally put in truck enough to leave us there. Not happy with that part of customer service... we pulled into a spot to fix it . The crib was not cheap and I would expect better service”
