“I read reviews of this place ahead of time and expected that I might experience less than desirable customer service, but all the employees I talked to were great. They asked me if I needed help with anything, offered to hold things at the front desk so I didn't have to carry them around with me the whole time, and helped me open a box to make sure the lamp I was looking at was in good shape. That being said, items are final sale and as-is so really look over what you are buying. I also looked up some pillow shams I was considering purchasing on their website. The site had a better sale going on for them than the outlet, and the outlet wouldn't price match them when I asked, so research what you buy.”
