(July 1, 2023, 4:01 pm)Ordered two burgers for 12:30 pickup, food wasn't ready till 12:45. The outside of the boxes were greasy, the burger with the substitute lettuce fell apart. Both burgers were cooked well done, even though one was requested medium.
