AMAZING. The second time I've used their services and they are highly professional, on time for appointment, thorough and efficient and the customer service is excellent. Their cleaning methods are safe for dogs (and children) which was really important to me. My carpet looks brand new! I highly recommend to anyone needing quality carpet care.

This company is outstanding. Slava clearly cares about his customers and makes sure he does the job right.

He and I agreed on 3pm arrival time to clean the carpets for my move and when he arrived (right on time) the movers were not done yet and he offered to come back later and get the job done. He came back at 6pm and stayed until 8pm. He even helped me move some equipment the movers failed to move.

When a guy stays that late to get the job done you know he has character.

I live in a rental unit with an old carpet... at least 10 years old... and El Dorado Carpet care made my carpet look legit brand new... in about 20minutes! Slava worked around the furniture I had so I didn’t have to move the heavy stuff and was just a really nice guy. Will be for sure hiring him again when my toddler inevitability spills juice everywhere. I highly recommend this company they are awesome.

The owner, Slava, came out and cleaned the carpets in our apartment today. Took 1 hour from the time he started setting up to leaving. I am very satisfied with the results. There is no more odor from the previous tenants dog, and every stain is gone. I also appreciate him removing a wrinkle in the carpet that ran the length our master bedroom without being asked. It is nice to have a small local company go above and beyond.

I booked Slava through Amazon Home Services. This was my first time using Amazon for this type of service, and the experience was very streamlined and simple. Slava then reached out to me before the appointment to confirm and discuss further details. The entire process leading up to the day was very simple.
One the day, Slava showed up on time and after a quick walk through was ready to go. He was very detail oriented and helped me move some furniture to make sure we covered everything. The entire job went extremely smooth, and my carpets were cleaner than with any previous service I had used. I would most certainly recommend El Dorado Carpet Care to anyone. Great job.
