(May 21, 2017, 10:22 am)This is by far, the best elementary school in Citrus Heights. The staff goes above and beyond to help students achieve goals and the after school bridges program is the best. Also, while other schools parking lots are overflowing into the street before and after school, somehow Grand Oaks' is almost completely empty. Some days there were so few cars in the parking lot, I thought there was no school. 😀
