Being in property management has its perks and one of most positive things about this business is when you have a vendor who responds to your needs in a timely fashion while being very professional. This team is all that and more, they have hired a tech who is wonderful as a person and professionally she is always cheerful and thorough. Deriah Smith is a keeper for sure. She actually asked me if there is any other concern for the property and she is always has a smile on her face. We appreciate you all but Deriah is the best!

Massy came by 5/16/22 and treated our one story home for ants, roaches, spiders, etc. Charles, the technician was very polite and professional. I was super impressed with the service. And he added if we see any bugs after 7 days, call and they will come back. Wow! Russ

Marie Carr completed our annual termite inspection. She was absolutely amazing! Very thorough! We have had other technicians over the past 9 years, none of them came close to the quality inspection provided by Marie. Highly recommend asking for Marie!

Craig came bright and early and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to answering all my questions. Hopefully, this and my quarterly services help to keep the ants away. Thanks guys and thanks Craig!

I recently had a unfortunate motorcycle shipping accident in which the rear turn signal was ripped off my bike. I called in to see if I could get the part and was immediately surprised with how kind and efficient the parts department was. They looked up schematics to ensure I would receive the right part. Once I came into the store the schematic was pulled up for me to verify we were talking about the same thing and less than 3 minutes later the part was ordered and I was on my merry way. Fast, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable, what more could you ask for. Ask for John at parts and he will take care of you.

It was one of the best and easiest shopping experience that ive ever had and the sales person that helped me was very helpful and great and i highly recommend purchasing items from their store and if you get the chance to stop by there even if your not shopping for anything in particular go in and ask for Austen and i guarantee you will love looking at the merchandise and he will be the best person to help you with any questions or with a purchase.I give Austen a 5 out of 5 i was very happy with him and the way he helped me out.Thank you very much.
