Saia LTL Freight

My visit here was good it wasn't great only because the pallet of product that I was there to collect was moved from the doorway to the center of dock because a drivers trailer wasn't in his usual location and that cause everything being moved around making it take longer plus no one wanted to get my will call when I arrived until the guy sitting at the window called one of his co-workers that passed by stopped and took care of it...

Overall good visit but hope if I have to visit it goes alittle smoother with less wait time.

It's a truck yard warehouse. Lots of trailers, trucks, and freight. My shipment arrived on time and in good shape. Can't ask for more. Call them before you go & verify your shipment is there and they know you are coming. If you do that should be a smooth process. 👍

Took delivery yesterday of a 500lb DR brush mower from the back of a Saia tractor trailer truck. The woman who set my appointment was very professional and courteous. She said the delivery near my home would be between 12-6 pm. I would get a call from the truck driver 1 hour before delivery. The driver called me at 11am and told me he would be there in approx. 1 hour. At 11:50am I drove down to the intersection (500' from my home) and waited. Truck arrived at 12:00pm on the dot. The driver was also very helpful and courteous as well.
