Switch Fitness

Switch fitness is the absolute best studio in Elk Grove! I love the variety of classes and instructors. The instructors give multiple different options on exercises for all levels. What I love most about the studio, is it feels welcoming and inviting to everyone. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with friendly faces who make an effort to get to know me and my goals!

I love this fitness studio! I have been going there for over 2 years. It is a multifaceted workout environment where you can get a great workout at all fitness levels! The owners Jaime and D’Lee are not only great fitness instructors, they are warm and caring and want to help you achieve your fitness goals. They have 2 fitness rooms where they conduct various fitness classes such as BARRE, Yoga Sculpt, and Boot Camp which are some of my favorites! If you are looking to improve your health mentally and physically, this is the place for you!

Working out gives you motivation to conquer your day. Some days it is hard to stay motivated and committed to your goals. Not at Switch Fitness. The staff hold you accountable to your workouts and push you to limits you thought were not possible. No class is ever the same and although you think you might die, you won’t and you’ll walk out with a sense of accomplishment for having slayed another workout. I like that they offer modifications when needed and focus on form over speed. My top three favorite classes include: Boot camp (anything with weights), Interval Training Heated Core and More, and Candlelight Yin to restore the body and stay flexible. Switch Fitness has changed how I look at working out and in the process, I’ve gained new friends. Remember, you are only one workout away from a good mood. Switch Fitness can help with that!

I never thought I could do yoga, starting out I had zero flexibility and felt awkward. But now, I've been practicing yoga at Switch for a while and I can definitely see noticeable differences in my body – I gained so much flexibility and strength! It’s challenging, but through the clear instructions and consistency of the classes I feel amazing. While yoga and hot pilates are my favorite, every class you feel positive energy and encouragement. Recommend all Switch classes to everyone at any level.

Switch Fitness is a wonderful studio for anybody & everybody! They offer many different class options throughout the day & their instructors are nothing but amazing. You will be greeted by a friendly face, get a great workout in, & have fun while doing it all! Switch Fitness is a great way to be surrounded by nice & motivating people. 10/10 recommend this studio to both women & men.
