The prices were good, if not better than most local auto supply stores. And I received my parts faster than expected. Definitely will buy from them again.

I was skeptical of ordering stuff online, and I have always been disappointed after online shopping but this company is out there making a difference. Their customer service is amazing. Im not usually the one speaking highly of anyone but this company made me have faith again. They reached out to me multiple times after I made a mistake while ordering, and they fixed it. I have never come across a company that cares about their customers and earning business .Because they sure earned my business. I will definitely order from them again. Their price is much lower and shipping is fasttt. Its like being a prime member without being a prime member .

Great website! i bought coils for my Maxima and I was worried because the price was much lower than the local store (they store wanted $60 each!) but these fixed the problem and have been good for several thousand miles now. Will order my parts online for now on.

This company could write the book on customer service. Very satisfied with the parts, fit, function and price. Had a problem with one coil pack being broken from shipping, had the replacement in 3 days. Just wish they sold more of the parts I need. Other companies could learn a lot from these guys!

Installed Araparts new COPS (coil of plugs) and the car ran smooth. Took it out for a ride and reset the mpg mileage counter and drove 20 miles being careful not to break down out in the middle of nowhere. '02 Town Car was cranking out 29.4 mpg which looked great. Cannot really believe the mpg counter but it is at times within 2-3 miles of what it predicts. After two days the CEL went off and the car is running excellent. Wife is very happy and said it is still running great. Anyone wanting to try a COP that is not a big name brand give Araparts coils a chance. I was weary about no name brand, but what your local auto parts retailer carries is not always Borg Warner, Motorcraft, or AC-Delco and the prices were 55.00 plus. So for a little more I bought eight new coils and change them all at the same time. It is only my two cents but I took the chance and it paid off. Let's see what the coils do down the road and in a few weeks or months I will come back and give you an up to date status on the coils. Semper Fi...............Grump out
