After my first visit I could turn my neck, sinus pressure released, headache was gone, and I could see better. Jenni did such a good job I returned on Sunday for a couples massage with my daughter. “My sister was at Carlton plaza Carlton Plaza Elk Grove for just under a year. From the beginning the staff seemed to bend over backwards to help her, including moving her twice until she was in a unit that suited her needs and the needs of her dog. All the staffers she interacted with were not only always cheerful, providing the care she needed with a smile, but they often so obviously really cared about her.  The only difficulties came when she became completely dependent on staff to transfer her because someone was not always available to assist immediately on some occasions. When my sister passed away, we had the memorial service there. It was lovely. Staff did a great job setting up for us. We used the on-site catering which was great. We choose four different appetizers to be served. Everything looked great and was beautifully served.  The portions were generous and everyone really enjoyed everything.”
