“Before starting spinal decompression and adjustments with Dr. Ferguson, I had unrelenting pain in my left gluteal area and down my left leg. In addition, I had low back pain, and so much pain and stiffness in my left hip when I first woke up each morning that it hurt to take those first few steps. I would stretch for 20 minutes every morning before the pain in my left hip subsided. I have an Etsy shop that requires sewing to make my product. The gluteal pain really limited my sewing time and enjoyment. It also affected other areas of my life such as driving or sitting and having a long lunch with a friend. My father had great success with spinal decompression, so I finally decided to try it since massage, P/T, walking and going to the gym weren't solving my problem. I happily noticed some pain relief after just two treatments. After three weeks I am rid of about 85% of the gluteal pain and much of the low back pain. I don’t wake up with left hip pain and my first few steps in the morning are more like the 71-year-old that I am rather than a 90-year-old. I highly recommend Dr. Ferguson and his friendly, professional, caring staff. I have been to quite a few chiropractors in my lifetime, but Dr. Ferguson is my favorite. Spinal decompression is awesome and I feel they charge a fair price at Rhino Chiropractic.”
