She quoted us a great rate on a 30Y with low closing costs. She is very hard working and extremely responsive. She kept us informed at all times and even offered real-estate advice for our other properties out-of-area. Closing went through as promised with no surprise fees. We weren't an easy client in a time when refinance applicants were backed out the door, but she worked through our harder file none-the-less without complaint. We plan to use her in the future with an investment. Gwen will listen to your needs and find a solution that is right for you. She is very principled and cares about her clients. “The employees were nice and the location was very clean. The only reason I'm leaving one star off is because they don't accept circle k app coupons (even though the app says they do). I came to this location after being told that I couldn't use my coupon at the new location on Bond and east Stockton (see my review of that store for more details), only to be told the same thing at this store. Thankfully, the cashier (I regret that I did not catch her name) was sympathetic to my plight and kindly offered to buy me a coffee. She and her co worker were very nice to me, and I think they deserve some extra praise! I visited this store on 4/16/19 at approximately 1:30pm, if that helps identify your excellent, above and beyond employees. Thanks again!”

“Sulcas is a family owned small business. So when people complain about them not answering or calling back immediately it's because they are already serving their clients. I have had them replace carpet in the past and recently install vinyl flooring. They have installed flooring for my family and friends. Like I said they are small and have most times one guy installing. I have called around in the past but once Sulcas saved me thousands I stopped. If you want hardwood/vinyl ask for Jesus and for the trim/baseboards ask for Mark. Unbelievable attention to detail and both are Master Journeyman and their work proves it.
