“Jane is awesome. She takes her time to listen to what you want and makes sure to cover the areas you are concerned with. She kindly gave me a blanket since I was a little cold in the room. The facility is very clean and staff are generally nice. Making appointments could be challenging but if you plan in advance it could work out. I had my legs treated years ago when lasers were still painful. I was expecting pain this time but surprisingly it was not painful at all! So much so I thought it might not be effective. Well it was!! You can get treated pain-free now! I love technology :)”

Have attended the adult class for approximately 4 years and have gotten stronger, more flexible, and confident. A great way to keep physically and mentally fit. Over the years, I've witnessed positive changes with my peers in the kids, teens, and young adult classes - so much so that I encouraged my niece to join. Happy to report that the classes and instructors' patient, yet firm teaching style has helped her become more confident, focused, mentally present, and sociable.
