Eclipse96 Apartments

I have lived here about a year now and I have to say it’s one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve lived in, inside and out.
They’ve been remodeled and the kitchen is especially beautiful with dark cabinetry and gorgeous granite countertops. One of my favorite features is the gas fire place, it really cozies up the space and makes me feel at home. Plus laundry in unit is unbeatable.

Management is superior here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. The maintenance man is super personable, as well as quick and efficient. And as a bonus the team here is following all COVID-19 guidelines and procedures to ensure safety for all on the property.

This apartment complex is one of a kind for the area, tucked away on a beautiful plot to land in a quiet neighborhood. Also very close to all sorts of shopping (sunrise mall), restaurants and outdoor activities. It is well worth the price to live here. I absolutely love it.

I have been living here for about 2 years now and I really dont have any complaints. While the complex might seem a lil pricey, you honestly get what you pay for in this area. So to put it plain & simple - its worth the money! Management has been nothing but great (past & present), A+ customer service. Maintenance has always been "on it" with our needs. Since the complex is on the better side of the area, we dont see or have to deal with the riff raff or bad people living or coming through the complex. Overall its a real quiet place (maybe im blessed with good neighbors). I would recommend living here.

7/13/20 update: After 2 1/2 years of living in this complex, we have moved out. Our decision to move had nothing to do with the complex, it was just our time to go. For the 2 1/2 years lived here, the place always felt like home. If we were in a jam and needed somewhere to live, id move back here in a heartbeat. This place has been top notch. If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further.

Overall best complex I’ve lived at. The apartments are nice and well taken care of. Reserved parking spots are a plus, and parking rules are enforced (a lot of places don’t really do that). Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet complex. Security responds promptly if needed. Mikaela, Steve, and staff are awesome, professional, and friendly.

So far, we have had a great renting process.
Me and my boyfriend will be moving into these apartments on Friday and cant wait to make it our home! Mikaela in the front office has been our leasing agent and she is quick to answer all our questions and make it super easy, and clear as to what she needed from us.

UPDATE: We are all moved in!! The process was so easy and smooth. We had a few things wrong with the apartment and the maintenance guy came and fixed them right away! Its such a quiet and nice complex and we are so happy to have an in unit washer and dryer despite the small size! We love our new home!
