Christina is a great Pilates instructor. She used her strong anatomy and kinesiology skills, plus spot on intuition, to figure out what was going on in my body, where I lacked strength, and which exercises were best for me at the time. After just the first session, I was standing taller and walking with confidence and strength.

She is also a warm and kind hearted individual. Highly recommended!

For 10 years Christina has patiently taught me to how to engage my core and stop recruiting muscles that would eventually cause dysfunction as I age. Her ability to combine Pilates with her knowledge of Yoga and the Pelvic Floor has changed my posture. Christina has an incredible eye to see where restrictions cause lack of movement and pain as well as the knowledge to assist in resolving them. Since sheltering-in her on line classes have been been the perfect solution to staying in the exercise loop. They are well organized with comprehensive levels for difficulty and adaptations for physical challenges. Christina is a petite woman but a powerhouse of a Pilates instructor.

Working out at Core Pilates has been a lifesaver. Christina is not only a disciple of the Pilates method, but also an expert in body mechanics.
She is able to explain and implement body mechanics to help you move more appropriately and safely. Her focus is on overall body movement but she is well equipped to work on specific area, like lower back, neck, pelvis, etc. I have benefited significantly from her professionally and personally. She is a delightful, very positive person.

Christina is such a skilled instructor. She explains really well & observes you for any needed position change. I started going to her for chronic back pain a few years ago. That dramatically improved. Since then she has worked around a knee surgery and now a shoulder problem. She is very aware of what exercises could exacerbate rather than improve on the problem. I highly recommend her!
