  5 star service ?
  I had a ring I needed to shrink it. I turned to the jewelers in Ohio and they screwed up the ring cracked in place from the melt turned to this jeweler he fixed it So I can't find the place where it was fused. Definitely recommend him as a pro ?

  This place is amazing! They have the best service in town and the best beautiful jewelry! I brought in my ring to be fixed (loose Diamonds) and to get a few other pieces cleaned including my mothers wedding ring (recently passed away). Everything turned out like brand-new. When I tried to pay I was told no charge this time. I can not believe how kind the owners are, f I will only come here for any of my jewelry need!

  I took my ring in to fix a prong and was quoted $20. When I went to pick it up I was told the prong was thin so he replaced all of the prongs, which was $120, but since he quoted me $20 he honored the quoted price. Nice job! Thank you Chris.

  Absolutely amazing place and owners. So lucky to have found them. My mother in law actually came here with my father in law, in 2001 and also had an amazing experience. I went to several jewelry stores to get my ring fixed.(was misshapen, super dirty and missing a small unique shaped diamond). Over the phone I explained in great detail the ring, but after getting there it was a matter of "Its not possible to fix, you need to buy a new ring." This ring is passed down, so no, I wont be getting another ring, if anything I want it cleaned and Ill wear as is. We stopped here to see what they had to say (now in a time crunch, with 5 days left to the wedding)and also still needed a ring for my husband. We got in and they where very comforting. They fixed my ring on time for an amazing price and we got my husband's ring here. I can't believe the transformation! It looks brand new! The diamonds, the gold, the ring, is stunning! Perfectly shaped. Amazing service and family like ambiance!
