Ivan came out to the house and assessed the broken track and sliding glass door situation. He was on time friendly and professional. Was able to figure out what the issues were and a repair that didn't require a full door replacement. Affordable and courteous. I totally recommend the business, Helena was wonderful too with setting the appointment reminding and confirming ,always friendly accommodating and just the best. 10 out of 5 stars blows all others out of the water! TY!!! Will always ask for Ivan. Very knowledgeable, TY again.

They easily and quickly cut glass to top a newly refinished small desk that has been in my family over 70 years. Beautiful work at excellent cost! I compared prices!

Had glass cut to protect tops of dressers. Very nice and professional every time (I’m up to about 4 times in 6 months now). They have always been super fast, with most glass coming back the very next day or two days. They carried the glass to my car for me as well and helped secure it in my vehicle so I didn’t damage it on the way home. They are a great local business who totally deliver on quality and return time. The price was competitive with IKEA’s glass (excluding shipping even!) for a fraction of the delivery time (was well over 2 months with IKEA). Will definitely use Dick’s Rancho Glass in the future for all my glass needs.

Just had my front window replaced by Alan from DRG- fair oaks location & he was amazing. Not only do they have great prices but from estimate to install Alan was super efficient, thorough and just an all around friendly guy. So glad I've found a company I can use for my home going forward - one less thing to worry about.
