Saul Hernandez - State Farm Insurance Agent

It just comes down to this office being a good group of people. I've had to make a number of changes in coverage over the years, and they are very accommodating and prompt. If they're busy I need to call me back, they always do as soon as they can. I've been with them for about 12 years now.

Saul has been my State Farm insurance agent for over 20 years. He, and his office staff, have always been kind, responsive, and competent. State Farm overall has never been difficult to work with and provide extreme peace of mind despite other companies constantly threatening to cancel insurance in CA. No other company has ever beaten their price either. We are customers for life!

Saul and his team are always great to work with. I’ve been working with Saul for about 8 years now, and it’s been awesome. They are always on top of stuff, and quick to respond.

I used to have all state and was ok...they would get back to me in a few days and I vary rarely had to remind them but I had an issue with my commercial insurance and I got charged an extra 10% of my annual and their response was oh, we didn't know that either but those are the rules and you signed off on it.... I was less than impressed. So my buddy referred me to Saul...it started off like any insurance company...than I had a question about something so I sent a message prepared to wait a few days for a response...but no, saul got back to me within minutes and everytime I have a question it's the same. You will have to pry this guy from my cold dead hands before I give up saul for another company!
