It was such a pleasure to do business with The Rug Specialists. Rugs were picked up and dropped off in timely matter. Excellent job, my rugs look as good as new (and they have quite a few miles on them). James is a great professional and very nice person. All & all: highly recommend this company!

I purchased a beautiful round rug second hand and though it was in great condition, I felt it needed a deep cleaning. Once again, the rug specialists came through! They made my rug look and smell brand new! I will always take my rugs to them because they’re simply the best! And their prices are still very reasonable unlike so many things post-pandemic. Our little Chihuahua made too many accidents on our nice wool rug. I found “The Rug Specialist” online. Read the reviews and decided to go with them. I dealt with James who was extremely helpful. He explained their entire process so I knew what our expectations were.

This was the second time we've had The Specialists clean our carpets. Both times communicating with James to set everything up has been very easy. Randall has come out both times and he did a great job! This last time we went 2 years in between cleanings (our bad) but it all looks great. They are a very kind and professional company. I can't imagine calling anyone else.

I will not use anyone else to have my wool floor rugs cleaned. I have been a customer for several years and this company is the best of the best. James the owner is amazing and Jake his pick up and delivery person goes above and beyond. Service of this quality is rare.
