Doing yoga on a paddle board was a blast! I had never used a paddle board before but was given a quick lesson and really enjoyed it. Spotted Dog Yoga provides everything for a great SUP/Yoga experience.

FUN TIMES & GREAT PEOPLE! I am a huge fan of this Stand Up Paddle Board program! Every time I’ve gone, I have met AMAZING people. This program is very well organized & people are taken good care of. The paddle locations are great for all level of paddlers. The SUP YOGA is fun and accessible for all people too!! All the supplies are included, which makes it easy. SUP DOG Stand Up Paddle & Yoga is an AMAZING company that will take your adventures to a whole new level!!! I have been participating in the Paddle & Yoga classes since SUP DOG open it’s doors to the outdoor fun two years ago! Nick, the owner and instructor is extremely knowledgeable, makes you feel safe, and is the reason why your belly may hurt from all the laughter!! SUP Yoga has several amazing health benefits and so does stand up paddle boarding. Combining both paddle boarding and SUP yoga has made my body so much stronger. It is a full-body workout (it works your core, legs, back, shoulders, arms). Yoga on the water calms my mind, keeps me in the present moment, and rejuvenates me!
Nick uses the best paddle-boards for this experience! HALA Boards! They are wider, very stable, sit higher up on the water and provide a comfortable platform for practicing floating yoga. If you are in Folsom, live near Folsom or are visiting the Sacramento area, you have to give SUP DOG Paddle and Yoga classes a try! You will be happy you did! I can’t wait for the season to start.
