This store is incredible. The family is so helpful, we have bought two Miele there one for us and one for my mother in law, This vacuum is incredible my wife loves it. I recommend this store for every one looking for a new vacuum, this is a vacuum you will never have to replace
I have a 40-year-old Kirby that finally needed more than a new vacuum bag and roller-brush cleaning. When the motor actually 'popped' as it died, I thought I'd be paying the cost of a new vacuum to get it repaired and just thought, "Well, it's been a good run!" Howard's daughter was my first impression of their business. She was friendly and efficient in getting my machine set up for a free evaluation and quote. When Howard called me just a few days later, he'd obviously given my Kirby a thorough examination. It was no surprise that it needed a new motor and some other unfamiliar part that was a minor additional cost. What surprised me was the really low cost compared to what I expected considering it was a Kirby and an old one at that. But that wasn't the end of my surprises. When I picked up my Kirby, I learned that Howard had also replaced the roller brush assembly, the cord that had been patched with electrical tape to keeping it running, and the inner hose to the vacuum bag that I had augmented with duct tape! All of that was on top of the thorough air pressure cleaning, lubrication and unclogging and sanitizing of all ports and replacing the filter bag with a HEPA bag along with a new drive belt. All of the extras had been done without additional charge. My 40-year-old Kirby is now running like it did when I bought it and will no doubt last another 40 years if I entrust it to Howard at Vacuum and Sewing World. Thank you, Howard!
I bought a new Miele vacuum cleaner here yesterday and was very happy with every aspect of their service. Howard is very knowledgeable about vacuum cleaners, their price is competitive and they have great service. I love that they sell only American- and German-made vacuums and really care about the quality of the vacuum cleaners they sell. I also love supporting local business.
