Later in the lobby the staff arranged for an entertainer to come and he had all the residents singing, and clapping hands. Some of the residents were having a blast dancing. I loved seeing the sweet residents from their memory care included too. Everyone looked so happy including all the staff. This is really a special place. 😀”

“Folsom clinic, very helpful and NP Kristi made time to see me. Staff was friendly and offered appropriate, thorough care. El Dorado Hills clinic was not accommodating; They enforced a "five minute" rule that cancels appointment if late. In my case, I verified I was indeed two minutes late and then waited behind another guest before being told I was "too late." The staff disagreed with my time record. I did not receive an appointment confirmation written, text, or email on such time policy. I understand the need to stay on track, but I think this is extreme, especially when walk-ins are usually in need of some care and many medical facilities often have waits. This policy should be posted in bold, should have a time stamp at door, could be extended, and patients could be asked to then wait. Folsom NP managed to find time w/o appointment.”
