The owners are wonderful helpful and sensitive to your needs. The place is clean and they have good prices. I will and have referred them to friends and family.
I have been with Contain It for over 10 years. The management has been kind and considerate. The hours to use the facilities are long. My property has always been safe. Yours will be also.
Been renting a unit for around 15 years and I am very satisfied with most everything. I have only had 2 issues crop up over the years and the most recent ended up being a non-issue. Patrick (?) Had to put up with my sorta salty attitude and we ended up having some great conversation. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of video surveillance until recently-the last 3 or so, and the need for that to be a priority, in my opinion, due to location. I appreciate that they are striving to do better. I love people/companies with good attitudes and willingness to receive feedback. You guys are awesome!!
First of all, Kevin Office Mgr., is Awesome! He explained everything in detail and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. The Facility is very clean, secure, and paved. We will be loyal tenants..Thankyou Containit Self Storage for providing a great place and a Great Manager!
This place is awesome! Patrick was the representative who assisted us and he made us feel right at home. We walked in with hopes of renting a storage unit and Patrick explained what was available including pricing and then walked us over to see the unit before we decided to rent it. Fair prices, easy access, and personable staff. I most definitely recommend Contain It for storage needs.
