I have found Anthem very easy to deal with. I've had several insurance "hiccups" this year and have made COUNTLESS calls to them. The customer service has gone out of their way to make calls for me and to explain things that didn't make sense to me. The issues I had were ultimately determined to be caused by UC Davis and not Anthem. I understand others have had issues with Anthem but my experience has been stellar. Customer service was very helpful and extremely patient. I recommend Anthem.
