Super friendly and courteous. Small snafu when the cashier told me my car was outside but then didn't give me my keys, but hey... we all survived somehow. Gentleman checking me in seemed new, but was nice. Other guy who seemed to run the Service Dept. helped him out and that guy is awesome. I wasn't paying enough attention to get names, but they should all get raises.
I appreciate the excellent service I receive every time I have my vehicles serviced. My service guy Lynn always goes above and beyond to be sure he communicates every step of the way. I appreciate him and the excellent service he provides!
This last visit I was in for a full service and a last-minute warranty fix that ended up being most of the day. The shuttle guy Chip went above and beyond to get me to a nearby restaurants so I could pick up a take-out order and get back to the shop.
The car buying process isn’t anything like it used to be ever since the pandemic. However, Jeff at Folsom Honda made it a super simple and easy process. To start, I live in Southern California and stopped by every surrounding dealership in my local area. With so few cars to choose from it was tough, but once I finally found the car I wanted, the local dealers added over $9800 in markups having nothing to do with the added features, and all about extra profit for them. That’s when I decided to look outside of my local region for a better deal. I found Jeff’s dealership and found the car I wanted on their website listed as inbound. The car had already been spoken for, but Jeff walked me through the process and took my information. Within a week he found the car that I wanted and it updated on their site as inbound. He was very upfront with estimated delivery times and didn’t try and rush me through the process. Throughout a period of about a month, Jeff continued to call me with any available updates. I work with special order projects and understand that there is an insane amount of material shortages. I’m happy to say that I’m flying up within the next 2 weeks to pick up my brand new car! Keep in mind, local isn’t always better. With a one way flight costing between $99-199, it’s more than more it to fly to NorCal and get a car from Folsom Lake Honda. I’m getting the car I actually wanted with only markups for the accessories I was gonna add in the first place. Thanks again to Jeff for making this an easy car buying experience!
The best dealership I have ever dealt with. I'm vary happy with everything from this dealership. I recommend them to everyone. Josh the finance guy is amazing and goes above and beyond to take take of me and my wife. The hole team does an amazing job of making sure mine and my wife's needs are takin care of.
