Called late evening, representative was not only knowledgable about our needs but courteous and thorough! A morning appointment was set and Conner contacted us first thing! He too was extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
We are previous Boyd customers, always received great service, and Bonney has now exceeded our expectations. It is great to feel the same exceptional service continue with Bonney. Highly recommend!

We had Robert Gallegos as our technician and he is simply the best! He is knowledgeable and really welcomes any question and provide very detailed answers. He is very professional and neat in performing his job. He made sure he covered the nearby areas to protect against dust and debris.

He is meticulous and does not feel like he is rushing the job. He makes you feel like your issue is the only issue he is working on while on the job while some others are distracted by other phone calls while doing the work.

This is our second job with Bonney and both different type of issues. We will always go to Bonney for best value for our money and most importantly our peace of mind.

Stephen was hands down my favorite tech we’ve ever had the whole time we’ve used Bonney’s services. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and I felt super comfortable with him in my house. He is very kind and courteous as well. Fixed a problem that has been going on for a long time, and explained everything so well. When I call next time, I am going to be asking for him specifically. Gulliermo was on time and very personable. Pretty much knew would need a new water heater when I made the appointment. He explained the options and the required changes needed (code.) He worked to get the water heater out of the closet and set things up for the new installation the next day.
