  Great customer service and outstanding quality. I was able to get exactly what I ordered initially and received right on time. My lovely furniture is definitely worth the price I paid for.

  The staff were very quick to respond to my email inquiry about having a sofa redone. My sofa is an older one , that we love, with a lot of tufting and I have had it re upholstered before , but the results were not all that great and it didn't hold up. The staff listened to what I wanted, let me browse through their sample books and did not make me feel rushed to decide. They offered advice on fabrics they thought would meet my needs, and clearly understood that choosing to reupholster something is a more expensive choice than just replacing it. I have received my sofa back, it only took a few weeks, and the work is beautiful. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Custom Upholstery. I have another piece i plan to have them do in the near future.

  Sac Custom Upholstery did a fabulous job creating brand new, reversible box cushions for our vintage pretzel rattan furniture. We brought the materials and they created the patterns and made us a set of 13 perfect cushions!
  
  I had purchased foam online from Ronco, but it would have saved us a good bit of money if we had bought the foam at Sac Custom Upholstery.

  I had absolutely beautiful cushions made for a built in dining bench. They fit perfectly and are incredibly well made. Also the staff seem like wonderful people. A great experience!

  I was gifted a chair that was not very pleasing to the eye and almost refused the kind gesture. I'm thankful for the referral I received as I now have a beautiful chair that was covered by a team of perfectionists. The workmanship and price are unbeatable. I'm so happy with the end result! I highly recommend custom upholstery, they are very easy to work with! *The dark spot on the bottom of the chair is a shadow, not a stain.
