I recently moved my items into storage at Life Storage on Calvine (by the train tracks) and had an awesome experience with Laura and also have spoken with the other manager there. Both are very experienced and very polite. I have never had better customer service or a welcoming, happy environment when going in to sign the paperwork and getting everything in order. I have used this facility a few years ago as well as the experience has always been above and beyond expectations compared to other facilities in Elk Grove where I've been treated with much less respect as if I'm just a plain old customer. I highly recommend utilizing this facility to everyone.
Excellent customer service. I stopped into this establishment to check their rates and availability. Staff were so pleasant and welcoming that I decided to put a deposit on a unit. I moved in months later and was pleasantly surprised to get the same level of great customer service, even though there was a new staff member. The manager (lady) who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The unit I initially selected looked differently so I wanted to see other options. She showed me at least two additional units and was willing to clean one out within a day if I selected it. My lock was too small, so she loaned me a bigger one until I returned the next day with my own lock. I appreciate all that she did to ensure I was completely satisfied. Job well done :)

Our company needed a climate controlled storage unit for a job that we are working on in the Elk Grove area. I called around to several places and either got voice mails that were not returned for hours or found that prices found on line were not what they were really offering. When I spoke with Laura, I knew immediately that we were being taken care of! She was professional, pleasant and willing to juggle ideas with me for what would work for our needs. She told me she would hold the unit for me for an hour or two until someone could come in and do the paperwork, etc. When it looked like we would not make that time frame, I called again to see if I could make a payment over the phone to hold it until the next morning, she was out on the property helping another customer so my call rolled to another service where they told me that they could take the holding fee to hold the unit that we discussed. I am not going to go into what was done by this third party but suffice to say, my making THAT transaction was a mistake!! (Laura will deal with this on her own and I know that she already has begun that process.) What followed the next morning could have been a major issue, however, Bryan, the gentleman working the next day reached Laura and we were not only accommodated, but upgraded as well. Laura followed this up with calls to my office to make sure that we were happy. Sure, it is not what we originally asked for but in the long run, it is actually better and we are very pleased. We have been back repeatedly for packing supplies as well and have always been treated wonderfully. Thank you Laura and team!! I will make sure that when we have storage needs in your area for our customers again, your number will be programmed to speed dial in my phone!! Thanks again...Robin and Team Rainbow.
When someone does something wrong people harp on it forever... but when someone does something right, most of the time it is ignored... not today. My experience with this storage company has been great. The young man at the front was very thorough and professional, the unit we rented was clean and swept, the prices were in line with the competition... overall I was pleasantly surprised. Good job Gerardo you are a credit to your company.
