My experience was great! I was greeted immediately by Betty and she helped me finalize my rental. There weren't any other customers at the time so she was kind enough to take me to my storage unit so I could check it out. She was extremely helpful and very kind. The facility was very clean and felt secure and it's a convenient distance for me. Would recommend!

I went through a ruff spell and this storage company helped me get caught up so I wouldn’t loose my things .. Please if you are ever in need of storage know AAAA Hampton Roads Pkwy. I have nothing but great customer service to speak about this AAAA location. Betty is very helpful and personable and as sweet as WV natives. The location is fairly new and very accessible and safe upon entry and exiting. The spaces are A/C and access to the floor levels are easy with 2 well spaced elevators. I’m happy to have found such a storage facility for having to move to the Tidewater Region.

Just rented a unit the other day! ABSOLUTLY love Ms. Betty & her kind heart. She made the process so easy I was in and out within about 10-15 minutes. Facility is very nice brand new! Thank you AAAA!
