You can tell the staff really love pets, everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.

The first time I visited this Petco grooming location the employee was super rude and condescending. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. It was the woman working at 4pm on June 19th. Absolutely horrible. I rescheduled the appointment to try to get taken care of by someone else and decided to just not go back.

I swore to never go back to this location again but this month I decided to give it another chance since I needed a last minute service. Stephanie at the check-in desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for my two puppies. Angie, the stylist, left them looking adorable.

If I come back I’m going to make sure it’s a day that Stephanie is working. Please praise her for her excellent customer service skills.

As soon as you look at the size of this place, and wonder if you're ever going to find what you want, you hear a nice voice from behind asking if you need any help! Instead of saying where the product is, an associate walks with you and helps you find the right brand for your pet's needs. Even though the workers are masked, you can still tell they're smiling. A great place with exceptional people that love animals!
