  I have started going to the Medifast program just month ago and I have seen a great result. The Howe Team is very friendly and always offer a incredible support and the ladies are very motivating. I am thankful that a chose Howe location.

  Achieving weight loss goals is never an easy task. The team at Medifast on Howe Ave offers an incredible support system for helping me to stay motivated and focused on my goals. They are truly a caring and supportive group and I'm glad to have them to back me up and help me stay dedicated. The plan is easy to follow with some discipline and offers a lot of meal options. I'm thankful that I've made this life decision to be healthier. If you are considering weight loss goals, contact Medifast on Howe ave and tell them that Rachel referred you, and we'll both save money. =)

  The Medifast food and program make losing weight easy. I am down 18 lbs in 7 weeks. All the people at the Howe Ave Center are great! Their encouragement and support help keep me on track. My goal is reachable with their help. Best decision ever for my health and happiness!

  The program and staff at Howe Avenue are great!! I have been going there for 5 weeks and have already lost 34 pounds (I have a lot to lose, but it is great to see the immediate progress.) I feel better and my clothes fit much more comfortably. My counselor, Maddie, helps keep me honest with weekly check-ins and provides fantastic tips and advice. Maddie is just awesome and I look forward to my weekly visits with her. They have a great variety of food although I have primarily settled on their bars since I love convenience and they taste great. The whole staff has a great attitude and they are all very knowledgeable in nutrition and the Medifast program. I have been on many "diets" throughout my life which ended with me being larger. This program has been engineered for successful weightloss over the last 30 years and anyone who needs to lose weight can absolutely do it with this program. Using the clinic is a great and very cost effective way to ensure you fully understand the program, that your implementation stays on track, and they monitor your blood pressure, weight, and fat content for you so you actually know the program is working the way it should.
  
  Maddie and Medifast have already changed the way I feel about food and throughout the remaining progress towards my goal and my transition off the 5 and 1 program I know these changes will become even more entrenched in me. Even if I did not lose another pound this was by far the best decision I have ever made for self improvement in my life.

  My experience has been wonderful. I love the weekly one on one sessions. I feel that Maddy, my counselor, will get me the answers if she doesn't know. I had over 40 questions when I first started and she answered all of them to my great satisfaction. I needed to lose weight for knee surgery. I am totally impressed with this program as I have tried multiple other ones and have lost only 10 pounds and then gained it back. They will be there even when I add more foods back to my diet.
  
  Currently, I have lost 25 pounds with 15 more to go. I tried on a vest the other day at the outlets and could wear a size 8, small, and it feels quite comfortable. I love not feeling hungry and have been a little creative with the foods. I no longer feel depressed and I feel I can conquer any problem that confronts me. My blood pressure has gone down so much that I may need to see the Dr. to drop one of my medications which I have been trying to do for 10 yrs. now.
  
  I feel I can conquer any obstacles in my way with their assistance.
